YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024: Easy Steps for Fee Processing and Plot Allotment Registration Money

A non-refundable processing fee of INR 25,000/- plus GST is payable online through the YEIDA portal or via RTGS/NEFT using the generated challan. Additionally, a refundable amount, equivalent to 10% of the total plot premium, is adjustable. This amount is to be deposited through the YEIDA portal or RTGS/NEFT using the Challan from the Nivesh Mitra portal.

Allotment Process for Yamuna Expressway Plots scheme 2024

In the event of insufficient applications for the plots outlined in the brochure, the Yamuna Expressway 2024 Plot Scheme incorporates a Roll Over policy. This allows two extensions of seven days each for the application deadline. Subsequently, the allocation process, based on Objective Parameters as per YEIDA’s policy, will commence for received applications. Allotment will be determined by the marks obtained in these parameters, with 60% of marks considered.

Applicants with qualifying marks will be invited for a project presentation. Unsuccessful applicants will receive a refund of the registration amount deposited, without interest, within three months of the successful applicants’ announcement. YEIDA reserves the right to modify plot details, adjust sizes, and accept or reject any offer or cancel the scheme. Their decisions are deemed final and binding. Disqualified applicants’ concerns will not be entertained through correspondence.

The application along with the requisite documents will be submitted online through Single window portal-Nivesh Mitra website www.niveshmitra.up.nic.in and the stbmitted application along with all documents will be downloaded by YEIDA for the purpose of Scrutiny evaluation by the screening committee

The application along with the requisite documents will be scrutinized by the screening committee. If the applications are found to be incomplete/information is incorrect, the authority may reject the application. In case the applicant is unable to submit the required information within prescribed time, the application shall not be considered for allotment.
